Announcement of opinions for Thursday, May 16 (complete)

On Thursday, May 16 we live blogged as the court released three opinions. 

• In Harrow v. Department of Defense, the court holds that the 60-day limit on when an employee who is subject to an adverse personnel action can appeal to the Federal Circuit after a ruling from the Merit Systems Protection Board is not jurisdictional.
• Smith v. Spizzirri is unanimously reversed and remanded.
• In Consumer Financial Protection Bureau v. Community Financial Services Assn. of America, Ltd., the court holds that the funding mechanism for the CFPB does comply with the appropriations clause.
